This blog is basically a journal of our crafty or DIY adventures and misadventures. Usually basic and simple as we are not extremely dexterous or confident in our construction prowess. From budgie breeding to bunkbed building we have a lot of fun.
Mostly I wanted a place to showcase the halloween costumes -usually Star Wars themed- our dog and now children are subjected to annually.
I have tried to include some basic directions for those wishing to make simple SW costumes, but I am a attempt/fix/tweak/try-again sort who rarely sticks to a pattern or plan. When I have used a pattern/plan found online I have posted the link.
Hope to help inspire other DIY adventures or at least bring a smile with our evidently amateur, yet heartfelt attempts at art and non life-endangering home improvement.
